Wow, happy thanksgiving all! This year Friendsgiving looked a little different... instead of re-creating traditional thanksgiving foods, we decided to venture to the North Loop for some delicious treats and drinks with fun DIY projects! What more could you wish for?! For dessert we went to Edwards Dessert Kitchen and y’all. It. Did. Not. Disappoint. The large neon sign of “Sweet Vibes Only” is right. We munched on chocolate & caramel everything and took in the completely chic atmosphere. I could literally live in this place. The full menu can be found here including treats, coffee, and cocktails: https://www.edwardsdessertkitchen.com. Pictured below is the Rocher Mousse, Dulce De Leche Cheesecake, and hot chocolate.

After getting our fill of sugar we walked literally across the street to Upstairs Circus for cocktails and crafts!!! I’d been to Upstairs Circus once before but it was so fun to celebrate Friendsgiving with two of my very best friends! UC has the most fun circus themed cocktails and unlimited fresh popcorn to fuel your creative juices! There are multiple options for DIY projects and they make it so easy to follow. Plus each project is the same price and they even have options for Happy Hour with discounted projects and drinks! I love this place because I’m not super crafty but this makes it so easy to be creative and bring home a beautiful project! Two of us made these super cute ombré yarn art (pictured below)! I’d definitely recommend these two North Loop spots are perfect for a date night or a girls night out! The Upstairs Circus drink and craft menu can be found here: https://upstairscircus.com/co/.

until next time!

xoxo,

meg✨
